Okay, so one liiiiittle thing’s been bugging me a teeeensy bit. I’m not, like, a geneticist or anything, but where did all the genetic variation in the truffula trees at the end come from? I mean, there’s purple trees now!

There weren’t even any purple trees before! Unless they turn pinker when they get older or something?! But there was STILL ONLY ONE SEED and aLL THESE DIFFERENT COLORS NOW.

I just wanna know howWwWwWwWw?

………You know, I have no idea. Unless it’s some kind of mineral in the ground, that’s causing it, I have no clue.
